Book jobs from calls, texts, and your website using one schedule
Relay uses the same service area, technician qualifications, job duration, existing appointments, and drive time in every booking channel. It calculates a planned arrival, offers the customer a configurable arrival window around it, and rechecks the schedule before creating the job.
From a booking request to a confirmed job
- 1
Check the service and address
Relay identifies the work, expected duration, service area, and technicians who can perform it.
- 2
Find where the work fits
Existing appointments, working hours, job duration, and drive time determine where the work can fit.
- 3
Show the customer an arrival window
Relay places the customer-facing window around the planned arrival so normal route changes can happen without breaking the promise.
- 4
Check again before booking
Relay verifies the selected window against the current schedule before it creates the job and sends the confirmation. If the placement is no longer available, the customer chooses another window.
Choose the promise you make customers
Set arrival windows from one to four hours. A tighter window gives the customer more precision. A wider window gives Relay more flexibility to keep routes efficient without breaking the promise.
